What we collect, and why
We only collect what a form is actually for. Every field on a form on this site exists for a stated purpose — event registration, a contact enquiry, a membership application, or a sponsorship enquiry — and nothing else. We never sell or share your information with other organisations, including other Leo or Lions clubs.

Consent
Any “keep me informed” or “you may contact me” option on our forms is opt-in and unticked by default — we never bundle it into a submission without your explicit choice.
No trackers, no cookie banner
This site uses cookieless, privacy-respecting analytics that collect no personal data — so we don't run a cookie consent banner, because there's nothing to consent to.
Photos
Photography from our events and projects is governed by a separate Photo Policy, including specific rules on photographing children.
Your rights
To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, email lckpeacetown1@gmail.com.
We aim to respond to any deletion request within 30 days.
Governing law
This policy is written to align with Nepal's Individual Privacy Act, 2075 (2018).
