Join Us

Membership is open to young people in Kathmandu who want to lead, learn and serve.

Who can join

We welcome young people across Kathmandu interested in community service and leadership development. No prior experience is required — just a willingness to show up and contribute.

What to expect

Members take part in service projects, help plan events, and can take on officer roles as they grow with the club. It's a real time commitment, not a resume line — most active members give a few hours most weeks.

What we'll ask for

The form takes about five minutes. Have a passport-sized photo ready before you start.

  • Your full name, address, phone number and email
  • Your age and blood group
  • A passport-sized photo

How we handle your details

Your application is seen only by the club's board. Your photo is stored privately and used for your member record — never published on this site or on social media. We never publish a member's personal phone number or address.

About you

As it appears on your citizenship certificate, passport or student ID.

A mobile number we can reach you on — we'll use it for project reminders.

Street or tole, ward, area and city.

We run blood donation camps with our sponsoring Lions club, and keep this on your member record so we know who we can call on. It is never published.

Passport photo

A recent, front-facing photo against a plain background — the same kind you'd use for a passport or student card. JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 3 MB.

Anything else

A few sentences is plenty. There's no wrong answer.

We keep membership applications for two years, or until your membership ends. Email lckpeacetown1@gmail.com to see what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
