Our story
Leo Club of Kathmandu Peace Town was chartered in 2014 under the sponsorship of the Lions Club of Kathmandu Peace Town, part of Leo District Council 325 M, Nepal. What began as a small group of young volunteers has grown into a club with a decade-plus record of service across health, education, environment, community welfare and youth development.
What we believe
We believe in leadership, experience and opportunity — and we serve those in need. Every project starts with a real need in the community and ends with something that actually changed, not just an event that happened.

Our sponsoring club
Every Leo Club has a sponsoring Lions Club — the senior service organisation that charters, mentors and often co-runs projects with its Leo Club. Ours is the Lions Club of Kathmandu Peace Town, and many of our biggest projects, including our Hepatitis-C screening camps, are run jointly with them.
Where we fit
We're part of Leo District Council 325 M, within the Bagmati Area, in Regions Jugal and Kalinchowk. That places us inside Lions Clubs International — the world's largest service club organisation — as the youth wing carrying its work forward in Kathmandu.
